Ordering

You can charge your purchase with your American Express, Discover, Master card & Visa. If you have any questions regarding your order, please feel free to contact us between 9:00 AM and 5:00 PM CST, Monday through Friday, and 9:00 AM through 3:00 PM CST on Saturday. We do not accept international orders. Only orders within the United States that will also ship within the United States are accepted. We do not ship to PO boxes or to forwarding courier companies. Paypal shipping address must be Confirmed. All fraudulent orders will be reported to the authorities.

Sales tax info

Sales tax is included for orders shipped within Arkansas.

Shipping info

We try to ship all orders within 2 business days. When your order is shipped you will receive an email with the tracking number. Rings that are requested to be resized will delay shipment of your order.

2nd-Day Shipping: $16.99
Next Day Shipping: $28.99

Product Availability

Due to popular demand and many items being one-of-a kind, such items may not always be readily available. We attempt to keep the website up-to-date on a daily basis and will contact you if an item you purchased was recently sold prior to your order being placed.

Return and exchange policy

We cannot accept any damaged products for exchange or refund.
Upon receiving your return, the item will be reviewed by our Quality Assurance Team.
If your order from Brooks Estate Jewelry fails to meet your expectations for any reason, please ship the order back within 15 days of receiving the order. Make sure that you have insured the package and use a courier that provides a tracking number for your records.
Please include the invoice and the reason for the return.
Your return will be refunded in the same payment manner as your original purchase. Shipping / Handling charges are NON-REFUNDABLE. If your order qualified for free Ground Shipping, and your order is returned, we will deduct up to $10 per item for shipping charges. If you cancel your order, there is $10 cancellation fee.

Damaged in shipment

If your item is damaged through shipping, please hold the merchandise and the package it came in. Contact the delivering carrier to arrange for an inspection and then notify us.
