Lavender Star Sapphire, Amethyst, and Diamond Cocktail Ring

This cocktail ring has one 12x10mm oval lavender natural star sapphire cabochon which is set above three tiers of thirty-nine 3.5mm round amethyst stones accented with seven 2.25mm round diamonds (.5 carat). The setting is yellow gold, stamped 14K, size 7 1/2, but can be resized. The lavender natural star sapphire cabochon has a few nicks in it.
