Cabochon Ruby and Diamond Ring

This is a beautiful large 17.7x12.5 oval cabochon ruby surrounded by sixteen 2.5mm round diamonds. The cabochon has a small chip in the base (see images). This ring tested 18 karat yellow gold and is a size 7 1/2, but can be resized.
