Shell Cameo Locket-Poison Ring

This unique shell cameo ring has a hinged top - often called a locket or poison ring. It features an 18.5x8.5mm rectangle cameo with hand engraved detail around the top of the ring. The sides of the ring band have a filigree design where they attach to the base of the ring top. This cameo ring is 14 karat white gold and a size 7.
